What this website collects
This website has no sign-up, account or payment. You can read every page without giving any personal details.
Like almost every website, the hosting server automatically keeps basic technical records of visits, such as the IP address, browser type and the pages opened. These records are used only to keep the website running and secure.
When you contact the chamber
If you send a WhatsApp message, call, or send an email, the chamber receives what you choose to share, such as your name, phone number and a description of your matter. This information is used only to reply to you and, if the advocate agrees to act for you, to handle your matter. It is not sold or shared for marketing.
WhatsApp messages are handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy. Please do not share passwords, OTPs, PINs or full card numbers in any message.
Information about a matter is kept confidential, as required of advocates under the Bar Council of India Rules.
Google Maps and Google Fonts
The contact page shows a map provided by Google Maps, and the website's fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. When these load, your browser connects to Google, which may receive your IP address and browser details under Google's own privacy policy. The website does not send Google any other information about you.
English articles have a "हिंदी में पढ़ें" button. Only if you press it, the page loads Google Translate, which sends the article text to Google to translate it, and stores a small "googtrans" cookie so the next article also opens in Hindi. Pressing "Read original in English" removes that cookie.
Cookies and browser storage
The website uses only what it needs to work:
- One session cookie, which keeps the website working correctly while you browse. It is deleted when you close your browser.
- One browser storage item, which remembers that the "Discuss your matter" pop-up has already been shown, so it does not appear again during the same visit. It is cleared when you close the browser tab.
The website does not use advertising cookies or tracking for marketing. The dates you type into the cheque bounce deadline calculator stay in your own browser and are not sent to the website.
Your choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The website will still work, although the pop-up may appear more than once. You can ask the chamber to delete messages or details you have sent, subject to any legal duty to keep records.
Privacy questions
For any question about privacy or this policy, email adv.dinesh@hotmail.com or write to the chamber at 3RD FLOOR KRISHNA MANSION CIVIL LINES GURUGRAM.
This policy may be updated from time to time. Last updated: 3 November 2026.
